Fresh Paint: New Website and Online Shop!

Are you looking for some art to brighten up your space? Whether you’re shopping for one-of-a-kind originals or tasteful prints, you’ve come to the right place! Allow me to introduce myself: my name is Paul Reeb, and I’m an artist. Let’s take a little tour of what you’ll find here on my new website.

I’ve been creating art for more than 45 years, and my passion for drawing and painting started long before the days of computers, smartphones, and the internet. I learned the old-fashioned way - pencil in hand, paintbrush on canvas - and that foundation in classical technique still shapes everything I do today. Over the years, I’ve blended those traditional skills with modern tools, which means I’m just as comfortable with a paint palette as I am with a digital one.

Where My Journey Began

My path as an artist really took shape at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. Back then, there was no “undo” button - every line mattered. That early training taught me precision, patience, and how to really see the world around me. It also gave me the courage to experiment, to push the boundaries of what I could do, and to never stop learning.

A Career of Many Stories

Over the decades, I’ve had the privilege of working on an incredible range of projects. I’ve illustrated interiors for commercial airlines, designed logos for the America’s Cup, and even helped bring to life some of the most iconic early video games like Ms. Pac-Man, Frogger, and Star Trek. Each project gave me a chance to tell a story through my art, whether it was capturing the spirit of a world-famous sailing race or giving a video game just the right visual charm.

What Inspires My Work

My work is inspired by many things: the great masters, the beauty of nature, and the people I love. I don’t just aim to copy what I see; I want to capture a feeling, a mood, a sense of quiet wonder. Sometimes that means painting a peaceful forest path bathed in afternoon light, and other times it’s about reimagining the vibrant glow of a classic arcade game.

When I sit down to create, I often start with a spark - a certain angle of sunlight, the texture of an old wooden fence, or the movement of a bird in flight. From there, it becomes a balance of observation and imagination. My goal is always the same: to create something that invites you to pause, take a deeper look, and maybe see the world in a slightly different way.

Originals and Prints for Every Space

Here on my site, you’ll find a mix of original works and high-quality prints. Originals carry that special energy that comes from the artist’s hand - the brushstrokes, textures, and little details that make each one unique. Prints make it easier to share my vision with more people, and they allow you to enjoy beautiful art in your home or office at a more accessible price point.

Whether you want something bold for your living room, a calming scene for your bedroom, or a smaller piece to bring warmth to your workspace, my collections are designed with variety in mind. I believe art should feel personal, like it was made just for you.

A Simple, Enjoyable Shopping Experience

Shopping here is easy and stress-free. You’ll get fast shipping, the confidence that comes from decades of experience, and the opportunity to support a real, live artist. Art should be something you can enjoy without hesitation - and I’ve made sure the process is as smooth as possible.

Walking Through My World

Think of exploring my gallery as taking a walk with me through different chapters of my life. You’ll see the quiet beauty of nature, the structure and symmetry that have always fascinated me, and little flashes of nostalgia from my early career. Every piece has its own story, and maybe one of those stories will connect with yours.

Your Invitation to Explore

Take your time looking around. Let the images speak to you. And when you find that one piece that makes you smile, remember that you’re not just buying something to hang on your wall - you’re bringing home a part of my journey, a little slice of the world as I see it.

Thanks for stopping by and being part of my story. I can’t wait to see where my art finds its new home.
